DATA PROTECTION DURING REMOTE ACCESS SUPPORT means that any personal file or folder of the remotely accessed computer system shall not be opened/viewed/copied/modified under any circumstances.

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Products & Services or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

For any important file transfer for technical purpose of setting/modifying the attached LED Display system shall be only done on a folder created on DESKTOP of the clients computer. Which shall be deleted when the job is over as they would not be for use by unauthorized technician or end user. However in the event of unauthorized access of any personal data, it is the clients responsibility to send a screenshot of the same as proof to our email info@gloslate.in with time stamp and proof of remote access by our appointed technician/customer care executive. Any such events with proof shall be taken as breach of trust and will be considered as integrity issue and shall be dealt with strict action against the appointed technician/ customer care executive. However during the session of remote access if the client uses any third party software or site which might contain any virus or any such online entity, GLOSLATE or any of our counterparts shall not be deemed as responsible for any loss of data or whatsoever.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Products & Services or when you access Service by or through any device (“Usage Data”).

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access Products & Services with a device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your device operating system, the type of Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
